About

Nur Saygı

My artistic journey began at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Painting, and was enriched through various workshops during both my undergraduate and graduate education. Throughout my academic life, I developed an interdisciplinary practice that brings traditional crafts and contemporary art together.

As an art director, visual communicator, and art educator, I have worked with institutions such as Yapı Kredi Culture and Arts, Demirbank, and the İstek Foundation. In my works, I focus on concepts of collective memory, family structures, gender roles, and belonging.

By employing different materials and techniques, I aim to establish both a mental and emotional connection. I continue to produce by participating in exhibitions and collaborative projects.
